The Alumni and Industry Engagement ATE project (DUE 2202011) has a new podcast! The Biotech Beat Podcast is about technicians and education in the biotech industry. Each episode of Biotech Beat will feature an interview with a community college graduate with experience in the biotechnology industry.

The first episode shares an interview with Camille Collins. Camille's career path took her from early childhood education to Johnston Community College (JCC) where she completed the 12 week BioWork certificate. From JCC she got a job in manufacturing at Novo Nordisk. Her experience at Novo made her want to share the benefits of working in biotech with more people. Now, she teaches bioprocess technology at JCC.
