Faculty Position: Instructor II/Assistant Professor at St. Louis Community College

The college is currently hiring for an Instructor II / Assistant Professor - Biological Science and Biotechnology Program Coordinator at the Florissant Valley Campus.
This position in Biology contributes to the overall work of the Biotechnology and Life Science Lab Assistant (LSLA) programs, the department and college, including preparation and planning for instruction; teaching courses; assisting in student advising; participating in departmental development and committees (textbook selection, course review and revision); participating in campus and college committees, meetings, and activities. In addition to classroom responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to coordinate both Biotechnology and Life Science Lab Assistant programs.
Education, experience, and other requirements:
Master's degree in Biology or a Master's degree with at least thirty (30) approved graduate semester hours in the subject and related fields and experience and/or education in the biotechnology field.
