Hi-TEC 2026 Call For Proposals

It is TIME to submit proposals for HI-TEC 2026. Hi-TEC is an incredible way to meet and exchange ideas with educators, industry professionals, technicians, and interested organizations. This NSF supported event focuses on preparing the workforce (now and in the future) for careers in high-tech fields that drive our nation's economy.

HI-TEC 2026 will be held July 27-30 in Austin, Texas at the Renaissance Austin Hotel.

There are three presentation categories for proposal submissions:

1: Preconference Workshops and Special Interest Groups

Submission Deadline February 10, 2026 (5:00 PM Central Time), Notification February 25, 2026

2: Main Conference Session Presentations

Submission Deadline February 27, 2026 (5:00 PM Central Time), Notification April 3, 2026

3: Poster Sessions - Displayed Wednesday, July 29, 2026, 4:00 - 5:15 PM
