What kinds of skills do entry level employees need in the new fields of regenerative medicine and regenerative medicine biomanufacturing? InnovATEBIO team members Russ Read and Thomas Tubon, and InnovATEBIO program leader Sengyong Lee, tackled this question in a new article with co-authors Gary Green, Joshua Hunsberger, and Anthony Atala.
The article discusses basic employability skills, core bioscience skills, and regenerative medicine biomanufacturing technical skills. This work is helpful for faculty who are designing or revamping their curriculum.
