A Bioscience Policy concentration gives students a deep background in biological sciences along with additional coursework in such areas as economics, policy studies, and sociology. The goal is to help students understand the role and economics of science in policy making and conversely the role of public policy in the field of science. Graduates may go on to roles in government or organizations involved in guiding the use of science local or global areas.
