The Cybersecurity Across Disciplines (CyAD) Summit brings together faculty, industry professionals, and government representatives from across disciplines to examine the vital role of cybersecurity in today’s interconnected world. As cyber threats increasingly affect all 16 critical infrastructure sectors—from healthcare and energy to transportation and finance—the summit emphasizes the need for an interdisciplinary, innovative, and impactful approach to cybersecurity education.

By connecting experts across sectors, the CyAD Summit fosters cross-disciplinary collaboration, sparks new ideas, and emphasizes the deeply interconnected nature of cybersecurity challenges. Through shared expertise and collective action, the summit aims to develop meaningful solutions that build resilience, strengthen education, and advance forward-thinking cybersecurity practices.

  • Community & Technical College Faculty – from all disciplines, including but not limited to business, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, psychology, agriculture and land management, retail and hospitality, policy, finance and economics.

  • Travel Stipend: There are a limited number of travel stipends available to eligible participants to help cover transportation expenses for attending the conference.  Visit our stipend information page for eligibility requirements, terms and conditions. The travel stipend application link will be included in your registration confirmation email from NcyteCenter@wildapricot.org. If you do not receive a confirmation email after you register, then contactNCyTE@whatcom.edu for the link.
     
  • Travel LogisticsAttendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. Visit our travel logistics page for directions and other available travel information that may assist with your planning.
     
  • CyAD Call for Proposals - Contribute your insights by submitting a proposal before January 30, 2026, on the unique digital security challenges within your industry. Collaborate with faculty from other disciplines or industry professionals to share your experiences and strategies with a diverse audience.
