Future of Medicine Day at the Frost Science Museum

DESCRIPTION: Imagine a world of possibility where medicine can be personalized based on genes, tissues or cells. Discover this cutting-edge science, known as advanced therapies, on Monday, January 20 during the Future of Medicine Day at Frost Science Museum, presented by Phacilitate. Navigate around the museum to participate in interactive, family-friendly activities and special programming that explore the current and future trends of healthcare, including live presentations and art showcases. The Future of Medicine Day is taking place as part of Advanced Therapies Week 2020.
As part of this event, InnovATEBIO CoPI Dr. Thomas Tubon will deliver an event-wide ‘family-friendly’ keynote to event attendees designed to “Inspire the Next Generation of Scientists and Engineers.”
Faculty from the biotechnology programs at Madison College (WI) and Palm Beach State College will be leading family-friendly activities and special programming that explores the current and future trends of biotech health and medicine.
Advanced Therapies Week is a home for a series of important scientific meetings including Phacilitate Leaders World, World Stem Cell Summit, Women in Advanced Therapies, the ISCT Commercialization Signature Series and the Stem Cell and the Regenerative Medicine In Action Awards.
