Event Description
This biomanufacturing workshop was the second of 2 sessions. The first virtual biomanufacturing workshop was hosted by the AC2 Bio-Link Regional Center in December 2020. View presentations from the AC2 Biomanufacturing Workshop
In this second virtual session, curriculum experts and industry representatives talked about manufacturing monoclonal antibodies, cell and gene therapy, teaching supply chain concepts, biotech skill standards, and synthetic biology. Student graduates from two year colleges talked about their experiences and a Manufacturing director from Twist Biosciences talked about his experiences and what he looks for when he hires technicians.

- Friday, Jun. 4th 10:00 am - 3:30 pm Central time
Who should attend?
Faculty members who currently teach biomanufacturing, intend to teach biomanufacturing in the future, and faculty who wish to add industry relevant components to their curriculum.
