InnovATEBIO works to support the faculty, and programs, primarily at two-year colleges, who are educating the biotechnology workforce, together with their administrators. We are working to provide instructors with information on:
- Starting and maintaining a college biotech program
- Developing relationships with industry
- Finding funding and writing grants
- Learning how to teach new skills
- Learning what to teach and how to teach it
- Learning what other colleges offer
- Helping students learn about biotech careers
- Recruiting students
