MiraCosta College's Pioneering Biomanufacturing Program

MiraCosta College is a pioneering leader with its program in biomanufacturing. Anticipating the needs of the expanding bioscience hub in North San Diego County, the school created a bachelor's program in biomanufacturing to help fill the workforce needs of the present, and the future. The college reaches students who are often over-looked by the educational system, but flourish with the right opportunity. Approximately 95% of the biomanufacturing bachelor's program graduates go directly into the field, having been well-served by the hands-on experience they get during their years at the college.
