Event Description

Technologies in regenerative medicine are developing rapidly, leading to advanced diagnostics and therapies. Tissue engineering, bioprinting, and body-on-a-chip technologies are a few of these technologies. This free webinar, sponsored by the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine, Regen Med Development Organization, and Stem Cells Portal, provides an update on these technologies and how they will shape the work of skilled technical graduates in the future. Faculty and academic leaders at community colleges and in university bioscience programs that train bioscience technicians, join us and learn more about what developments to share with your students.

Speakers include:

Thomas D. Shupe, PhD
Associate Professor, WFIRM
Tracy L. Criswell, PhD
Associate Professor, WFIRM
Moderator: Gary Martin Green
Assistant Professor, WFIRM

This webinar is hosted by the RegenMed Development Organization (ReMDO), Stem Cells Portal, Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine (WFIRM), and supported by the National Science Foundation Advanced Technological Education Program and Bank of America.
