Liz Dreskin will provide a deep dive into the technology, theory, and applications of qPCR and related techniques, such as reverse transcription qPCR. Evan Bursey will then describe what goes into the establishment of production and quality control test procedures for qPCR products, as well as the statistical principles involved in test development.
